Invictus Tactical was founded by combat veterans in 2017 with the mission of of providing quality, reality based training to our nations first responders and responsibly armed citizens.
Our Namesake:
Invictus - or “unconquered” in Latin, was written by William Ernest Henly in 1875 after losing his leg to an infection while in the hospital. He wrote the short poem after being told he would soon loose his other leg, but refused to be beaten by it.
Tactical - by definition (of a person or their actions) “showing adroit planning; aiming at an end beyond the immediate action. Or relating to small-scale actions serving a larger purpose
We felt this captured our ideology perfectly. Our instructors and guest speakers are all combat veterans, many of whom are permanently disabled from their service. Despite this they continue to drive on and refuse to be limited by it.
